To date, our business has primarily been derived from four unique areas which often require a heightened level of emergency preparedness and response capability. These areas include motorsports racing events, motion picture and television productions, special public events and contract services. Although other companies may provide similar services, we feel strongly that AFRS is in a league by itself for the following reasons:

AFRS is an Emergency Services Company-Advanced Fire & Rescue Services(AFRS)differs from any “competitors” in that we are not a “track safety company,” or an “ambulance company,” or a “towing company.” At its core, AFRS was founded in the tradition of the fire service. We are an emergency services company. Albeit an immeasurable difference, we believe this distinction holds our personnel and equipment to a higher standard in terms of professionalism, capability and preparedness.

Prevention vs. Response-Generally, much of the services we provide are done away from and prior to a particular event. Similar planning and thought processes go into every event we work. Although this is virtually impossible to measure, we would rather be judged by the accidents we prevent or minimize rather than those that we respond to.

Focus on Safety-Given the inherently dangerous nature of the work we do, safety at every step is essential. We go to great lengths to ensure the safety of not only our customers, but also the safety of our personnel. This is one area in which we will never compromise. All aspects of our company, from the design of the vehicles and equipment we use to the manner in which we conduct our training, stems from this focus.
